If you have a summer birthday and need a Certificate of Attendance and/or an ADAP certificate to get a permit or driver's license during the summer months, go by the Front Office to fill out a request.  There is a $2.00 fee to process the forms.  Completed forms may be picked up in the Front Office beginning Tuesday, June 8.
