➢ Directory Distribution: A sign- up sheet was passed around for helpers to distribute the directories during lunch thru the end of the month (on Mons, Weds, Fris, 11:30am till 1:30pm). Directory reprint will need to be done soon since number of directories on hand is less than number of folks who have paid dues.
➢ Flag Pole Lighting: Cooper Lighting is donating a light/beam for our American Flag on the stadium field, need a general contractor/electrician to install but County has to arrange. Mrs Fine will need to coordinate now that courtyard is essentially done.
➢ School Spirit: There was much discussion about ways to promote school spirit without impacting instructional time. Asst Principal Lane explained that it can be a difficult balance to maintain. Jeff Nunes & Carol Perdoni offered to form a PTSO Spirit Committee and also coordinate with whoever the advisor is for the school Spirit Club and use that as a resource. The idea of meeting with school administrators to work on this issue of School Spirit was discussed. Jeff and Carol will also work with the Interact club to try and sponsor a dance in February.
