Lisa Fine commented on this being a time of change. Faculty & staff contracts are being negotiated. The MHS Guidance office will lose one counselor, leaving four others and the Graduation parapro.

- Fashionata – was a successful, family, fun night

- Guidance –Freshman Fair is scheduled for March 12, 2009

- School Store - A volunteer is truly needed & wanted to oversee the school store. For information about this committee contact Mel Duhon at duhon@comcast.net or Cele Eifert at ron-cele@att.net. They would be happy to set up a meeting to discuss the duties of this money maker for MHS.
- Spiritwear –no report
- Student Club –the school store incentive drawing will be held during the May Student Club meeting. Prizes are a parking pass for next year, prom reimbursement ($50) or a $50 gift card from the MHS Band program.
- Nominating –the committee has slated the following for the 2009-2010 Executive Board

- Student Club purchase for school (TV) –see McIntosh Trail newspaper
- Jump Start Kit for Mr. Prince (parking lot attendant) – Many thanks to Keith White of NAPA auto parts for this most helpful donation. Laurel Cantlon will coordinate a publicity photo for the newspaper with Mr. Prince and Mr. White.
- PTSO Night Meeting – is scheduled for Monday, March 23rd at 6:30 in the Media Center. A brief business report will be given at 6:30 followed by our guest speaker. Dr Trevena will discuss “Risky Business: Sex, Drugs, Rock & Roll and Cell Phones”. Parents and students are welcome to attend
- Fashionata – after-action meeting: Thursday, 12 Mar, 7:30pm at the home of Cele Eifert
